Amazing customer service!! I went in to replace my cracked media screen on my VW polo. They arranged the part and had it fitted for me immediately at a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond and understood I needed to get back to work. It was all done within 20 minutes. I am not that local to the garage but would venture out again as I did have a very good experience. Received a quote for ABS Control unit for Audi A8, D3 and paid via Braker link pay now option. The supplier never sent the part but started speculating with the part number in order to increase the price . Wasted my time for about a week, before Braker link got involved and said promised that a refund will be issued (not received yet). It seems this is a common practice, not an insulated case, as I went through the same experience with the previous supplier. Misleading customers, unprofessional approach, a disgrace for such an established company.
