Tyre pressure sensor light was on. I phoned many garages but they said I had to go to main dealer. A friend recommended here. I made an early appointment and as soon as I arrived they took my key and less than 10 mins later said I needed 3 pressure sensors which they had in stock! They gave me a quote which was reasonable and said it'd be ready in about an hour. About 45 minutes later it was all done! Really great all round. Thanks!

Just picked up my Astra ds13***. These guys have been brilliant since I bought my car over a year ago. I was reccommended to them from my extended warranty company and glad I was. My car had a leak from somewhere and they took it in this morning only to call me back in the afternoon to say its ready and as it was only a minor issue and there’s no charge. If you own a vauxhaul you’s be daft no to use these guys. I live in chingford but id come from further if needed as I trust and appreciate their services 👍🏽

Well what can I say, I've had this code keep coming up constantly no matter how much the manifold and valve cover I had changed elsewhere and still the same codes persist. Took it to vauxhall they confirmed defo a vacuumed leak and have been booked in with them to get the problem sorted. They go above and beyond to ensure there costumers get the right level of care they deserve and reassured me which meant alot to me. I am a panicker when it comes to cars especially have 6 children.

Don't bother with the the main dealer, I was told the part I required would on with 4 days 3 weeks haven't received a call from them the problem is with Vauxhall's hub 🤷♂️ I popped into Vauxcentre and bought the part over counter also cheaper than similar part on Ebay. Avoid at all costs - Their customer service is horrendous to say the least. I placed an order with them over three months ago, but the items never arrived. Each attempt to contact VauxCentre via email was met with extremely rude and blunt responses, essentially saying they are waiting for DPD. Whenever I contacted DPD directly, they would simply tell me it's with VauxCentre and I need to contact them. Despite months of persistent contact, there has been no resolution - no refund, no replacement, just a continued lack of accountability and a loss of £130. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping with VauxCentre, my experience with them has been nothing short of abysmal. Until they drastically improve their customer service, show some degree of responsibility, and treat their customers with the respect they deserve, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Ordered a brake master cylinder from here £140 + £6 fast postage (standard postage free) about 3pm yesterday delivered to my door today at 1pm that’s about 22hours I could have ordered with Vauxhall main agent at Leeds (40 minutes round trip) £470 with 2 to 3 days delivery to Leeds and pick up in Leeds that’s a saving of £324 and it was delivered to the door, my door I got a 1 hour delivery slot next day didn’t have to ring to find out if the main agent had received it (they sometimes forget to ring you just delivered to the door you cannot possibly get a better service than that I am very pleased 😃 Barry West Yorkshire

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! STAY WELL CLEAR!!! from this place definitely wouldn’t recommend, took my car in their for a wining issue however the car was driving, now after taking it out from this dodgy workshop the gearbox is completely gone and won’t hardly move and they are blaming the gearbox on my car, I drove the car into their workshop from 15 miles away and also drove the car few times before just made a wining noise now the car don’t drive at all. I’m a car trader dealt with many workshops and probably done over thousand different jobs on cars but never had an issue like this before where the car has come out worse than it was in fact the car has come out of there with more issues than I started with obviously something has been altered or taken off my vehicle causing my vehicle more problems and not moving at all.
