Ordered a gearbox from them through ebay, which turnt up with a damaged bell housing, then they tried blaming the courier, however there was no damage to the black plastic cellophane, and the damage on the gearbox looked like about 3 months old, as corrosion had set in. Do not ever trust these guys.

Bought a wheel off them. It came caked solid in mud. The mud was so thick you couldn't see the tyre tread and they'd packaged over it. The alloy was badly pitted, something you couldn't really see in the small online picture. I asked them to arrange collection of the wheel with a view to a refund. They gave me a date for collection and it hasn't been collected. It appears from reviews that if you return the item getting your money back is near impossible. My advice is don't buy anything from this shower.

Warning ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ Warning ⚠️... This people are very dangerous to deal with.. Never buy from them, except you want to be mentally and psychologically tortured My story with this company is so long but I will try and summarise as this may help someone. This company should not even be allowed to run in the first place... I got their contact through breakerlink while searching for a gearbox to replace mine that had an issue. The advertised price was £785 which was okay for me, I the called them and they changed the price to £1200. Out of desperation of the need for my car, I agreed and paid £1,200. They promise to deliver in 5 days but ended up delivering after one month. They keep lying that their delivery guys kept missing my garrage which was not true. The driver that delivered the gearbox confirmed that it was removed in his present from another car while they lied that it has been available. What it means is that they take your money to start sourcing for what you ordered for. The worst happened when my garrage discovered that they delivered the wrong gearbox. They refused to come and pick is up and made me todrove to their office to return the item.. They confirmed that my refund will be in my account in 3-5 working days but I never got it. I kept calling but they kept lying that it has been done. There was no kind of lie that this people did not lie to me including giving me random names such as Moses, Adam, Michael, and so on bu the same voice. They even told me to call only on Saturday that their accountant is a very fat man that hardly moves, and that he works only on Saturdays. I called every Saturday and never got to speak with the so called fat accountant. They are very rude that they even had to drop the phone on me in many occasions. They once threatened me when I said I was coming to get my money in their office. After 2 months of failed attempts to get my money back, I reported the matter to my bank and my band took the matter up and got my money 45 days from the day I reported to the bank. May nobody ever fall into the trap of this very irresponsible business owners.

I SENT THE ITEM BACK 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUN. I send them messages they are ignoring me so I had to get my money thru PayPal. Avoid this company as they have the worst service.

I called vaux spares direct to order a back light for my car. They agreed to post the part for me. I can say not only was it delivered to me rapidly it was also in pristine condition and at a very reasonable price. This review is for the guy in the parts department in case other departments are really available. bad customer service. the wrong person in answering calls and dealing with customers. called three times to return an item I purchased but no one seem to be helpfull and the last call was with someone who was really not professional.

I wonder where they got all these reviews if i could would give them zero DO NOT BUY AN ENGINE FROM THEM OUT OF EBAY because THEY CAN LITERALLY SELL U A BROKEN ENGINE AND MAKE SURE YOU LOOK ON THE RECEIPT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU because THEY COULD EASILY WRITE A COMPLETE ENGINE AS A BLOCK AND head and they will try to claim that the didn’t sell u a complete engine.AVOID AVOID AVOID I HAD TO CLAIM MY MONEY FROM THE BANK because THEY KEPT ON PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN ON ME .

Do not use these people they are completely untrustworthy. They will tell you anything to get rid of you. I had to get Barclaycard to get my refund for an engine that was never delivered. Only gave them 1 star because you cannot give zero.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted front end parts. Bonnet they promised me was sold, so they offered me another one damaged dented which I didn’t want. So they told me the other parts they priced me on won’t be same price. The worker who was taking out the other bits for me literally bent the parts I wanted in a rush to get me out of there. Very unprofessional. Made me drive 3 hours just to tell me if I’m not happy with the service to go somewhere else.

Not one to leave reviews but, coor blimey do these boys need to be taught the basics, not being organised is one thing but then on top of that having the audacity to show customers attitude when not having the parts on arrival is another, would never want to tarnish a man’s business by leaving a review but respect and courtesy goes a long way errors and mistakes are made in business every single Callander day but the way they are rectified is what matters in the end. So called “terry” who by the way is deffo not his real name if you want to learn customer services skills I'm more than happy to assist drop me and email, lastly to customers looking to go here for their parts great idea if you like being messed around and having your time wasted.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! Scum bags, brought an engine off these guys which turned up with a faulty head gasket, took 3 months back and forth (often hangng up the phone on me) for them to agree to accept liability. turns out they will only send a head gasket repair kit (approx £40) and then I needed to pay £577 to get the repair done which they would not cover. I will be taking legal action, MASSIVE FRAUDSTERS!!!! THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE SURELY FAKE... DON'T BE FOOLED!!!

🔴DO NOT RECOMMEND 🔴Absolutely shocking and terrible service, had my brother collect some parts for me, once arrived after a long drive to find out the parts that was told to be available were no longer available. They don’t have a clue on how to take parts off, one of the members used a grinder to remove a panel that they were going to sell to my brother rather than actually undoing the bolts. Absolute scammer I’ll be sure to be leaving a review on their eBay page. Terrible attitude and service DO NOT RECOMMEND

🚫 COWBOYS 🚫 Do not use!!! Read terms and conditions!!!!! Purchased an engine from this company. Their terms and conditions outline a timing chain must be changed on refit. the timing chain is usually a life long part. They do not advertise this on the advertisement or else this could be factored into a refit cost. I was told on the phone despite being very calm that if the call handler told his manager about my call the manager would be “very angry” I was then asked if I had an “issue with my hearing”. The call handler hung up on me after barely letting me get a word in edgeways. Completely inappropriate customer service. Rude. Save yourself some money and go elsewhere and read the terms and conditions!! Also they didn’t even deliver the product in the advertised timeframe, we had to ring up and chase where the item was. spoken to the seller 12 times chasing this they are very rude and unhelpful on the 28th they said it would be delivered then on the 1st i called abd they said carrier had selivered to the wrong address not anywhere in my area. on the 2nd i called and they said carrier would deliver the 3rd so many excuses and in this time i have had the customers car sitting on the ramp stripped down waiting for this repair they are lucky im only requesting the refund for the part and delivery and not the time & money i have lost out for the car being sat on the ramp totally unsatisfactory customer service rude and full of excuses

Do not use these people they are complete scammers. They will tell you anything to get rid of you I.e blame it on the delivery service the company they can't supply a tracking number for 🙄. I'm so glad I paid on my credit card I'm having to get Barclaycard to get a refund for an engine that never existed in the first place.
