I ordered an indicator replacement from these, verifying it fit with their own product description as well as their reg search "tool". Both confirmed it fit my model and year of car. On delivery, it was completely wrong (not even getting into the quality of the product, which was awful compared to OEM). They completely refused to accept any responsibility, and expect me to pay return postage. Customer service is pretty much non existent (a bit like their quality control).

The items that they sell are pretty good for the money and what you’d expect for copies made in Taiwan. Cheap and cheerful but good value for money overall. The customer service is not so good if you’re expecting to discuss any problems or offer feedback they are not interested at all and come across as dismissive. However they will accept unmarked returns. How quickly they refund remains to be seen. Their delivery is quick and again good value for money.
