I ordered a part for my car, was told that it would be posted as next day delivery and would arrive within 2 days. I didn’t get the part until 10 days after I ordered it, phoned up multiple times and was told a different story each time about why it hadn’t arrived yet, including parcelforce losing the item which on the last phone call I was told just wasn’t the case. I was then given the tracking number: which showed me that it was dispatched eight days after I ordered it. This means that every time I was told that it was on the way wasn’t true. When I opened it, the part was dirty and still had broken bits from the old car attached to it but more importantly was the wrong part. When I ordered, I provided my number plate, a photo of the part on the car, and even the official part number, as well as calling prior to ordering to make sure it was the right part. I called up the day it arrived and asked for a refund as it’s the wrong part and asked if they could arrange a collection which they agreed to. It has now been 21 days since I ordered the item, and 11 days since I confirmed that it is the wrong item. I have called this company 17 times in total, even messaged and was ignored. I’ve been fobbed off that I have to wait until the manager is in before they can do anything. I asked them to contact him as I’ve been waiting so long to be told they’ll try to contact him and get back to me which they never did so I had to keep chasing. I managed to speak to the manager today and was hung up on twice. He is giving me a partial refund but refusing to refund the delivery. He says he’s not arguing with me about whether it is the right part or not. He accused me of abusing his staff which is categorically not true. I spoke to two people over this time, one person I spoke to was really friendly, the other person was so rude. The only thing I did do was lay it out on the table that they have lied to me multiple times and kept me waiting weeks so I have to keep chasing, and said that it was ridiculous, it shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund for a wrong part when I even gave them the part number I needed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience recently when I ordered a flywheel, only to receive the wrong part. To make matters worse, instead of providing a refund or offering to rectify the mistake, the owner of the store argued his way out of taking any responsibility. It was quite frustrating to hear him claim to be honest while refusing to make amends for the error. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs. The blatant lack of customer service and the owner's refusal to acknowledge his mistake and provide a solution make it clear that this is not a trustworthy or reliable place to do business. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable store to purchase your automotive parts from.

Absolute shambles avoid at all costs, I'm told by the bloke selling it to me that the gearbox is off of an identical car to mine, that was a flat out lie! I know this because they have never made a 4wd version of my car. 2 weeks down the line with the wrong gearbox having been delivered a day later than it should have been I'm now told that the other gearbox that they had that will fit my car and will replace the incorrect one they have sent is also incorrect and won't fit and they don't have one that will in fact fit my car, so all they can apparently do is apologise for wasting 2 weeks of my time when I could of been trying to find the correct box and refund me. Completely pitiful, you claim to be VW group specialist and you can even tell the difference between the variants of one of the most common gearboxes they make!

Sent a different gearbox to the one I ordered and paid for, agreed with Michael from the company that they would arrange a collection and refund. When I checked when it was going to be picked up spoke with Adam who refused to get it picked up or refunded, very rude told me to 'knock myself out'. Update: the owner contaced me and advised that he had terminated Adam's contract with the company. Refund now issued for the gearbox and matter resolved.

Very unprofessional bought a part and it was defective and when I went to return it instead of giving me the refund the owner of the yard gave me the replacement and when I asked does this part works because it’s ridiculous going back and forth and time consuming. Long story short the replacement part gave me that did not work either. I called him to let him aware of the situation, he was being so pathetic on the phone and goes I ain’t giving you no refund. Before you buy anything thing from this yard make sure it works. You don’t Wana end up in my shoes. Total waste of time. Very disappointed with the service.

Hard to describe what a shambles this place is. I ordered a part, never arrived. Had to call them about 20 times over 30 days, yes 20 times. Every time they promised to do something (e.g. check with courier, sent a replacement part, call back tomorrow). they never did any of those things. Adam accused me of having the part whilst claiming a refund even though his own courier couldnt tell him what happened to the part. 20 calls later I managed to get a refund but even then it wasnt a full refund. I cant recommend strongly enough to stay away from these time wasters.

I would never deal with this company again.Seemed really helpful at the start. Once the sale was made, different story,when i contacted to explain the issues with engine supplied, they firstly tried telling me it wasn't them who supplied me the engine. I had the wrong number,alarm bells start ringing at this point.The parts they supplied was clearly wrong. Photos sent to them to show the difference.they constantly fobbed me off with, manager isn't in the office, he's the only one who can sort this out.so after day's of phoning,manager was then on the other line. Eventually I asked who I was speaking with. Was told Colin, spoke to Colin several times to be fobbed off again. Then I got told there's no Colin working there. It's taken me weeks to get my money back, I think the only way I got refunded was engine purchased through a 3rd party website, if it wasn't for them stepping in. I'd still be arguing about refund. Go to a reliable breakers, not these dodgy,lieing company. Only thing you promptly reply to is a bad review. I definitely have the right company. Couldn't be bothered to sort the issue out at the time. I know you don't have a Colin working there! You clearly lied when on the phone to me saying to ask for Colin. Why would I waist anymore of my time to contact you. I'd never want to deal with you,or your company ever again. I just want other people to know how badly your company is run. AVOID!! Ordered a part (ACC radar for 2013 VW Golf) on 9/1/23, got an email to say it had shipped on 13/1/23 and only received it 28/2/23. Rang up 29/2/23 after VW garage said part was faulty requesting a refund and asking for a return address. Adam said not a chance and said I was lying to try get money from him. Multiple emails and phone calls later I'm no further forward. Having to try trading standards etc to get my money back! AVOID!!

Ordered a part on a Thursday at around midday, delivery was “estimated next day delivery”, I knew this wouldn’t be realistic for my address but item was not posted until the Monday when I received notification it had been posted despite being told it would be posted on the Friday and with me for the Monday. It is now the following Wednesday night and still no item arrival, been told it would arrive either Tuesday or Wednesday but that was another lie. Would not recommend buying anything from this place, spend the time looking for a place that actually does what they say and don’t make the mistake me and many other made on here.

Bought some parts for my R Line Scirroco from this company, over 2 orders. Really friendly and helpful guys to deal with on the phone, really good prices and the delivery was very fast. Unfortunately the parts didn't fit, and I have been completely ignored since. Cost me hundreds in wasted labour fees, money on the parts and just weeks of my time.

Genuinely don't know where all these negative reviews came from, these guys are by far the best in this game, needed a mk3 octavia gearbox as mine had failed,called yesterday and not only did they have one on very low milage they managed to get it from Oldham to Surrey OVERNIGHT 10/10 will definitely be recommending them to friends family and customers. Don’t know where to begin with these guys, customer service, price, part quality, everything from start to finish was second to none. Ordered a rear bumper from my car on Tuesday and was with me before I had even started work the next day. Enquired about another part I needed for my car which they were able to provide and again was on my doorstop early the next morning. Beware. Mis-sold a part (a PD100 turbo sent instead of a PD150). Refused to correct their error or even entertain a discussion as the '14 days' had elapsed. Maintained is was a PD150 turbo on the phone but wouldn't put this in writing. Wouldn't take payment on card, only BACS, so I have no come back through card provider. I now am left with a part that isn't right for my car. Very rude, very shifty, buyer beware.

I ordered airbags for my VW and they sent me the wrong once, so I contacted them regarding the matter, and they said send the items back and we will refund your money. So I did and I have proof of that they received the items (royal mail recorded delivery) They said they haven't received anything which is no true . So the are group of liars who steals your money, and they are very rude to customers. Never again

Had to write this as feel slightly ripped off! I ordered a Seat Xcellence glove box which I duly paid for with debit card over the phone. The next day one of the staff rang to take payment again (I thought this had already gone through but they had a problem my address details) Timing worked against me as having not long given payment SEAT rang (they'd rang previously and I hadn't picked up the call) with a 'good will gesture' to honour the price of the faulty glove box. I rang the dismantlers straight away but was told the part had been dispatched already (half an hour after payment) I can say I was initially pleased with getting the chance of the glove box which arrived in good condition and seemed a fair price - it was just timing that worked against the deal. I now feel dissatisfied at having paid for postage to send it back ( I would have been ok with this as SEAT came up trumps eventually ) but they also took 20% off the refund. The person sorting refunds out on Fridays wanted 25% but I'd been quoted 20% earlier so he stuck to that. Just wanted to flag up that I'd be wary of dealing with them again as they seem to be out to get what they can from the customer - not focused on customer care.

Sent wrong turbo. Waste of time. Awful customer service. Very dishonest company. The part number was deliberately damaged on the turbo to make it look like it’s the right turbo. They refused to refund when I returned the heavy item back to them. FRAUD EDIT. yes you have dealt with me. I still have the wrong turbo you sent me and refused to refund. Robbed me off my £290. You are dishonest traders and a disgrace to the trade.!

Terrible dishonest got a price on turbo for Skoda through parts gateway from them they quoted £183 including delivery spoke to Adam he said if I pick it up it would be £175 rang them next morning to find out if they still have the part before I leave to pick it up they said yes and it would be £275 now. The rating is 3.6 and it shouldn’t be even that. I been driving for 27 years and dealing with many people never have I ever dealt with such CHEATING, DISHONEST people in my life. Stay well away from these guys.

This is a terrible supplier. I gave this SO CALLED Audi Specialist the Reg of my car the year and the specific part number and they still sent me a shock for an A3/ 4 year newer TT, it was also damaged out of the packaging , which the garage will confirm. They sent the incorrect part and then tried to tell me I was wrong and the part was correct, they asked me to send pictures of the part and my original shock….? Because I’ve called after 14 days (18 days ) I’m not entitled to a refund as it’s my fault. Sending customers the incorrect/ damaged goods and doing nothing to rectify the problem seems to be a trend if you look at the reviews

DO NOT USE - appalling service. I ordered a part which arrived late so I missed my chance for repair at the garage, then had to delay as needed the car. The part clearly wasn't checked, I spent nearly £400 having a faulty part installed. The part was only under warranty for 3 months but that did not cover the cost of installing a faulty part. When I complained politely but firmly, they accused me of 'bullying' and 'slander'. I will post about this suppier in as many local groups as possible. People buy in good faith hoping to save money by getting the part themselve. Totally unacceptable.

This is a terrible supplier. They sent the incorrect part and then tried to tell me I was wrong and the part was correct. I had to send multiple pictures of the part and part number to prove it was not the correct part. It is now over 2 months later and they are refusing to refund me. Making up stories about only being able to refund on a certain day and when I have called them on this day, two weeks in a row, they say that they will issue the refund but never do! I have contacted Parts Gateway support who originally put me in touch with this company but they are also not being very helpful. I now have no choice, but to take this business to the small claims court. Do yourself a favour and don't use this joke of a company.

DISHONEST, TERRIBLE AFTER SALES Had a terrible experience, initially the salesman was brilliant (Michael), part was described as immaculate and complete. It was dispatched fairly quickly. It was delivered by a courier who left it on the driveway, it turned out to be damaged once it was unwrapped. I called to explain and see if I could get a replacement, initially was told they don’t have another one like it in stock. Spoke to the manager who offered a partial refund as it was the courier’s fault the part was damaged, they assured me it was perfect when they sent it. Apparently I should have unwrapped it and inspected it at the point of delivery (I never had the chance!!) I realised they are not going to give me a refund so I decided to accept the partial refund. They promised the refund would be issued as soon as I sent my account details. After sending the details, almost a week has passed and nothing. Every time I call them they have a different story as to what has been done. I would personally never use an untrustworthy supplier like this, however, if you're really stuck make sure you pay using a credit card or PayPal.

Bought a specific wing mirror (electric, indicator, puddle light), for a very particular vehicle, not just the vehicle/year but trim level had to be the same. Adam was very polite and business-like, sent pictures of the item on request, I agreed to buy, the item arrived (when they said it would), exactly as described and as in photos. Item fitted as expected and works perfectly. No fuss, all as one would expect and desire. Thank you for your assistance.

Absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and polite gentleman dealt with my enquiry, - a first class service. Ordered a tail gate lock for my mother's Seat Leon - Not only did they have one at a very reasonable cost, it was despatched the very next day and arrived In Wales 2 days after ordering. Extremely well packaged in a stout box with Bubblewrap around the part to protect it. Cannot fault this company, have kept their details for future reference and will definitely use again.
