Fantastic support & Ryan was brilliant. Ordered a full turbo for my E Class Merc it arrived & my mechanic fitted. Within a few hours problems started with turbo so I contacted Ryan and he immediately sent a replacement. To get a second opinion I took it to Merx specialist & it turned out that there was a fault in the turbo but could only be detected doing a smoke test that there was a hairline crack in it. Ryan offered to get it repaired at his place and this was the best decision. Luckily, they did all the tests and found other faults that my mechanic has made ie incorrect wiring, vacuum pipe wrong was round and a few other points and they fixed them all at a really reasonable labour charge and no extra parts required & it turned out cheaper than my own mechanic. Ryan never let me down always kept me updated and made everything happen. Got car back yesterday and its like a new car. Huge thank you to Ryan & his team.

Amazing service. Ordered a part, and Ryan rang to say he wasn’t happy with the quality, asked if ai wanted a refund or a replacement when another vehicle came in. I waited for the part to come in. Called early the following week to be told the new part was located and being despatched. Part arrived on Friday and then a call from Ryan on Sunday morning to check it had arrived. Unbelievable level of service!! Definitely using this company, and Ryan again!!

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a part for my car for the mot late last year. Was guaranteed the part would arrive on time. Had to go to the courier company to get the part to have it on time for the mot. The box was oversized and the part was damaged. Reported this to Dylan at Prestige and he promised to look into it. Today after sending numerous emails with photos and dates etc, and having been given numerous false promises I'm left with no option but to take legal advice. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for their parts

An absolute gem of mercedes specialist. I needed an engine rebuild for my mercedes From start to finish mike was very professional and polite he told me about the whole process and cost involved. They even recovered my mercedes for free and gave me 5 days to return it to its glory. During those five days they called me few times to update me as to what was happening and email me the whole process and cost. My car was ready just in time and they have done amazing job it drives like brand new they even valeted it before retuning. Mike and Max are great asset for this company . I saved thousands as evey where else I was quoted double the price and at least 28 days to rebuild new engine, and prestige did it in just 5 working days I am absolutely over the moon. They even fixed few other ongoing issues with out any extra charge. PRESTIGE are highly recommended. I would from now on will go to them for all my motoring needs.they are best people and have in depth know how about any Mercedes. Thank you again for helping me get back on road Lads. I dealt with Ryan, who was very helpful and his customer service was outstanding. The parts that arrived needed some TLC before putting them in the interior (glove box and heater controls), but now look great fitted. I have docked one point because sometimes the pricing is a little on the high side, not so much on the parts mentioned above but because I am also looking for a sprung strut and have been quoted £108, but can buy a brand new one for under £60. Overall though, I can recommend but always shop around, just in case.

Booked in my e500 for an sbc pump which was misdiagnosed by another garage. 1st class service all round. Couldn't fault it if I tried. Needed a now 'obsolete' part for my 16year old CLS and couldn't find a non genuine anywhere. Local breakers no good. Made a call to Prestige & the phone was answered quickly, they new exactly what part I was trying to explain. Offered me an exchange unit. My part arrived within 48hrs. I used the same packing to return my old part, rang them to arrange return pick up...... didn't even have to worry about a return label.....the courier did it. After my local Mercedes Main Dealer had advised me the part had been discontinued I was looking for a second hand replacement door mirror for my 2009 ML320 and found PA had one available. On inspection they found that it had been damaged, being unsure when another ML of the same age might come in we settled on two matching replacements from a 2008 ML. They arrived as promised and in good condition, to change them over on the car was a relatively easy job with the help of a YouTube video. Bought a brake vacuum sensor for my Mercedes 200 R172 SLK based on information from Mercedes online parts.They quoted part number and I ordered it from PA. It turned out to be the wrong one, and after contacting Ryan about the problem he sorted it out immediately with the right part very quickly at no extra cost to me. After getting a BreakerLink quote for a pedal box on a manual Mercedes SLK I received a phone call from Ryan Quayle of Prestige saying that they'd assumed that the part would be available because they had several SLKs in their yard. However, they were all automatics so the pedal box is different. Ryan was confident that a manual car would come in shortly, and when it did my part was quickly dispatched to me. Furthermore instead of just sending the box Ryan sent the whole assembly, pedals and all, for the same quoted price. Excellent service..

There are nice people out there, I have been buying spare parts of these guys for a while and they have been very reliable. The other day I ordered which I thought I needed was a gear box it came very quickly but then to find out I need a gear selector 🙄 I spoke to a really nice guy called Max on a few occasions and today he literally saved my life and sorted my mishap out. So if you ever need any Mercedes parts always go to these guys and ask for Max. And I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to max.

I have used Prestige Allparts for about 4 years for my Mercedes 200 series. Two full wing mirrors and a rear light unit, all in very good condition. The customer service was excellent by Ryan. The quote for a full mirror from Mercedes was £600. I paid a fraction of this. I would recommend the company all day long. Steve Amos

Prestige got me 2 shock absorbers for my 2008 Sl350, been awaiting 9 weeks to receive them from Mercedes. Spoke to Ryan and his colleagues over a couple of phone calls and they had them in stock. A fraction of Mercedes cost and they fitted and according to my Mercedes approved garage were in good condition and got my car through its MOT. So a big thank you to all at Prestige for being so knowledgeable and being really nice people. I’m a very happy customer
