Would not deal with the company ever again, item never arrived ,ordered my full engine on 2/11/23 and I'm still waiting for it ,constant false promises on the phone telling you it is going to be delivered,but it never turns up,I have asked for a refund 3

What a turn around from Jake! We had a really bad experience with them and did left a bad review but the service we have received from Jake was a great turn around to the point that I call him first if we need anything from now. Nice one Jake keep a good work up mate.

The engine provided was low milage, reasonable condition and despite a few issues initially, it arrived at my mechanics workshop. I have to say that the initial issues were diligently followed up and taken seriously until the problems were solved. Although the engine needed a little cleaning cosmetically, it was in top condition mechanically and I couldn't have asked for a better replacement. To say that the car now goes like a 'scalded cat' would be an understatment.

âDonât trust me trust the reviewsâ I did what a mistake that was. At the time of taking my car in all 8 reviews were glowing, since my car has now been sat in their garage 7 weeks, 4 more reviews have popped up, all saying the same thing âavoid them at all costsâ something I wish I knew sooner. 7-10 days I was quoted to remove and replace my engine, a job costing ÂŁ4550. Now 7 weeks in they want ÂŁ1000 more for other parts. The service is beyond shocking and the attitude from the employees also. I got told by Sam I was not to contact them by phone call only WhatsApp messages. After 6 weeks finally I was told my car was ready, it isnât, they are still waiting for a price on a turbo charger. It doesnât take 1 week to enquire on a price of a turbo. I personally rang Mercedes and had the price within 10 minutes. But after all I have to be grateful because my car being on their ramp is costing them more money than what I am paying them as they said. I also got my car back with no working A/C although when I dropped it off it was in perfect working condition but as they say âthis isnât our problemâ. They sell you the dream but donât care about the service they provide. If my review doesnât shed enough light on their services make sure to pay them in cash because they donât like to pay taxes like the rest of us. Update - I have now taken my car to a trusted mechanic who informed me of a faulty water pump which North West Auto Techz fitted and the engine is now burning oil. I really do doubt they even changed the engine in the first place or just did a botched repair instead. Please save your money and go to a reputable company the only reason I went here is because of long wait times with other companies. I definitely should have waited the month I probably would have gotten it back sooner and in perfect working condition.

I needed a Mini Countryman 1.6 Td R60 engine. I was massively happy when I found one with NW AUTOTECHZ LTD. It was easy to order. The phone call with your staff was simple and Professional all the way. My Garage R&G Autocare in Lancing got the engine and I am now waiting for them to install the engine into my car. They will store the original engine In parts for future servicing of my car. Thank you NW AUTOTECHZ LTD.

after searching on 1st choice auto part finder i was contacted by symon on the wed 9th august offering me a like for like engine 2016 belingo with 41000 for the price of ÂŁ1600 which i paid, 2 days later no engine ask for a refund he said it as been dispatched 6 days later no engine i ring back up and talk with sam manage to get a consignment number ,long story short symon went on ebay on the 12th and bought a engine from some place in the west midlands for ÂŁ1200 didnt tell them engine codes the engine had 101000 miles on so i manage to track engine at ukpallets told them what was happening they returned engine back to ebayer garage who refunded nw autotechz ,i rang up loads of times to be told different things like sam is not here he as dirty hands cant go on computer to do refund usual rubbish i contacted greater manchester police,(action fraud met police) 14 days later i contacted 1st choice spares who i think contacted nw autotechz then by magic got my refund . be very careful because if sam had noT given me the consignment number i would have never known i was going to be scammed, AND BEFORE YOU TRY TO SAY I AM LYING I HAVE VIDEO OF THE CALLS MADE TO YOURSELFS WITH PROMISES THAT IT WAS 41000 MILES A PICTURE FROM UKPALLETS WITH ENGINE PICK UP FROM WEST MIDLANDS AND ALSO SCREEN SHOTS OF MESSAGES FROM THE WEST MIDLANDS GARAGE TO SAY IT WAS PURCHASED ON EBAY WITH 101000 MILES FOR ÂŁ1200 AND NOT ASK FOR ENGINE CODES AND ALSO OTHER EVIDENCE OF THIS SCAM TRANSACTION FROM SYMON OF NW AUTO TECHZ LTD i will give 1 star only because i have to to post review and also because i got refund

AVIOD. Quoted ÂŁ2700 to replace engine on Audi Q5 and 5 to 7 days to do the work. It took 5 weeks and was charged nearly an extra ÂŁ500 when collected the car for water pump belts and oil as apparently they are extra. Also no gas in air conditioning as they said thats nothing to do with them. After one month engine developed several major faults including massive oil leak. Called them and spoke to Sam who told me he would call me back, which he never did and now my calls are being blocked. left with no other option but to take legal action.

An absolute shambles from day 1. I was advised they had the item I needed, I purchased and it took 9 working days to reach me. I kept having false promises âit will be there tomorrowâ âI will call you back by the end of the dayâ none of these promises were ever fulfilled. My garage stripped my car to then find I had been sold the wrong engine. I was advised I now had to wait for them to pick it up and have the item returned to them. Absolutely terrible customer service and lack of care. None of them give you the same answer, everyone has to check with another person, the manager emailed me to say Iâd have a refund in my account in 10 minutes when I called an hour later, I was told by someone else he told me the wrong information (what a shock!) Anyone would think I was spending ÂŁ30 not ÂŁ550!! An absolute joke.

Honestly wouldnât recommend if you donât have direct face to face contact with this company, trying to get updates and information from them via phone or email is terrible, they really need to sort that side of their business out, purchased a engine from them to which they used a terrible courier service which after chasing for a week finally got the tracking details, to then see that the courier company they used provide pretty much no information as to where the engine was, was promised the engine would be delivered Friday before 3pm, didnât turn up, then promised Monday before 4pm didnât turn up, then Tuesday it finally turned up, wasnât on a pallet or had any protection at all, was just ratchet strapped to the side of the box truck, although I will say the engine seems to be in good condition, then rang 3 times a day for the rest of that week just to get the mileage of the engine in paper on the invoice, finally after speaking to Jay who seems to be the only helpful one in the team tells me to stay on the phone while he done it there and then for me, other than that think this company is great if you go into their shop, reviews seem great and have no doubt that their work is spot on, but online wouldnât even bother

Stay away from this company, payed for a used motor delivered late, engine was no good, sent back engine, waited weeks for another replacement, which was meant to be a complete engine all ancillaries still attached, arrived with cut loom, cracked sump, broken thermostat housing, cut bent metal fuel lines, bent brackets and so on⌠sent emails, tried to phone them , no replies

Where do I start?! 2015 plate 3 series, knocking noises coming from engine. Took to multiple garages, and no one could pin point the problem. ÂŁ800+ later and I came across NW Auto Techz. From customer service down to the professionalism of the job. These technicians managed to diagnose and repair the problem within 7 days - honestly I am amazed at the quick turn around. Massive shoutout to the lad upfront called Sam! Car feels and drives like new. Anyone with any car problems I would urge you not to waste your time with other cowboys and come straight here! You will not be disappointed.

Car went in for a new timing chain and engine rebuild. Great communication with updates and pictures. Took there time and pride in there work. 100% would recommend. Cars running like new after the 1st 1000 miles
