Rang about parts and they gave me price, and then proceeded to tell me i need to pay cash for them, who pays large amounts of cash in 2023?! then proceeds to get rude and aggressive when i ask to pay by bank transfer. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Made me waste a day of travel. Will be reporting to trading standards

Went on breakerlink to source a part for my Honda Jazz. This company came back with a price. I rung them up to hopefully purchase the item. They stated they did not have the part. Ehhh!!!! I would not touch them with a barge pole but I really don’t believe they care about customers so this feedback will fall on death ears.

An absolute sham!!! Sent the WRONG replacement seat belt twice!!! ... obviously no idea of the difference between a centre seatbelt and side seatbelt!! .. items sent were NOt the item in the photograph they sent me!!! ... they sent rusty unusable item twice!!!

Quick enough to take my money, promised me that it would be 99% next day delivery or 100% the day after. After two days, still waiting. Have I been scammed, I wonder? No idea how good the parts are a but customer service is grim. This is a business based on empty promises. Will never use again and will tell all my contacts to avoid them. I suggest you do the same.

Fantastic Customer Service went this morning for a power steering ECU as my power steering light came on and steering was heavy. I thought I'd try replace this part before taking to a garage, when explain to the breaker what I needed he said yes we have one and it will work as its a comon fault with peugeot 107. Went home fitted it and works. Will use them again if needed 100%

I had been hunting for an engine cover for my car, the model is no longer sold in this country. I posted an enquiry on Parts Gateway and JB Auto Spares responded with a competitive quote. I rang them to confirm the cover was in good condition. They are very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I bought a replacement engine for a Toyota Yaris. The staff were friendly and helpful on the phone. They assured me I would be happy with the engine and that it was in very good condition with just over 30,000 miles on car. Engine was very competitively priced and delivery was quicker than advertised. I have now been driving for 1,000 miles and the engine seems perfect. After just 8 miles of driving the car had its MoT and all engine checks and emissions were passed with flying colours. I will buy from JB again, and so should you. Update 4 Jan 2022 The engine has now been in for well over a year and has done over 20,000 miles. I have had no problems - it runs perfectly, and has passed its second MoT with flying colours. After 14 months I checked the oil and it is still where it was when I fitted the engine.

I must say I was sketchy at first, but as it turns out, they are great guys to deal with. Got a set of brake calipers and discs from a salvaged car. I asked for clear pictures so I could confirm those are the ones that i want. No chances for mistakes from either party that way. Items were packaged very very well! I'm very happy with my purchase. Will def recommend and do business with again! A word of a advice, know YOUR stuff! If you don't know what you're buying, how could they? Ask for pictures and details, which they will kindly provide without hesitation. This prevents any confusion and difficulties between both parties.

I ordered Toyota Yaris SAT NAV unit from Breaker Links. And JB Auto Spares got the order of sat nav worth 120£ and I payed extra 20£ for shipping. They sent me Toyota Yaris Radio Head unit without SAT NAV module. So I contacted the supplier and their behavior to the customer was really bad , and they said they are going to deduct the shipping charge + handling charge. so contacted breaker link and they said JB will refund the amount ie 120£ once I return the item. But After returning the item they paid only 115£ instead of 120£. Before I make the order I confirmed with them about the SAT NAV and I explained about the module. But after sending wrong part they were claiming that they checked the product and it is coming with satnav. So please stay away from them.

I placed my order; they took my address, bank details and told me my fuel tank would be posted Monday for delivery Tuesday. Its now Thursday and there's no sign of my fuel tank. No confirmation email- or any other communication whatsoever- What's the hold up guys?. I keep checking my online statement and fortunately, as yet no payment has been taken. I'm back to square one my car is still p**sing diesel out- only now some dodgey git has my personal details- feel like a right mug! Very dodgy. I responded to a quote they gave me to check it was the part I needed. I was then told that the price quoted was a mistake and the new price was £20+ more expensive. I was also advised that if I tried to order at the price originally quoted I would be advised that the part was out of stock. I have raised this matter with Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice Bureau and I am waiting for their response. Buyer Beware!!
