Worst service I’ve ever had they cancelled picking up my car a day before they was supposed to pick it claiming they sent me a email for confirmation which they never did I checked 3 times in my emails and spam folders and I found nothing I then rang them up and they said they have the driver picking up a different car now, I was counting on that money for Christmas presents for my children which I now can’t get

Wish I could give it no stars. Booked to collect a van between 8.30 9 am. I get a call at 7.30 to pick up early, I show up and the guy trys to reduce the original quote from 350 to 150 making excuse about not an original part. Don't use this rip off salvage company quote high but try to pay you low on pick up it's a joke tell them to do one and find another salvage company

Tried to have my veichle collected 3 times. Their drivers told us they'd be back in an hour then lied to their boss about a tree in the way told us kept us waiting around and didnt come back. Missed 2 days work for this company second appointment they knew I had work till 3 but still emailed that morning for confirmation and just dodnt show.. whole days wasted then they tried to hack £50 off my original quote because of the inconvenience to them !! Lost several days pay due to this mess. Do not work with this company. They are all liars. Can't believe motorwise would put their name to this place. Unbelievable.

If only all service was as great as this. From first arranging for my car to be picked up to completion in only 5 days (it could have been quicker, the delay was me).
