Rude, Unprofessional and Dishonest Placed an order to through breakeryard. They sent a quote despite knowing they don't have stock. Two days later i went to check and turns out there was a msg on breakeryard which I had no notification of. I called and Kelly tells me they left me 'several' messages (LIE). She passed the phone to this man called Paul who told me I did not call them on wednesday even though I did. Blatantly lies. Then asks me in the most condescending way possible why I didn't put which side the light is in the order. I asked him why they couldnt just call me. He laughed and said I will refund. Due to his tone I asked him his full name, he laughed and refused to give it. These people have no sense of customer care.

Just bought wheel from here. I did phone if it will come with tyre as well. And i was told yes.now the trye is wrong size and wheel is proper rusted and has been oiled just to hide the rust. If i knew this earlier, would have bought it from another supplier. Not happy at all.

Just bought a seatbelt pretensioner for Jag. Was delivered to wrong address (courier problem). This company are quick, efficient and very fast communicators. Next day delivery on an a tricky rear passenger window glass which I thought was going to be almost impossible to find! To all those haters on the reviews you need to get a grip. When using a vehicle dismantles you need to know a bit about what you are doing. This is not a new car parts service. You should be grateful they are even available to try and keep your old knackers on the road. Most won't hold your hand and they certainly do not have the time or the profit to buff and polish the parts. I am just grateful they're here and trading online. Cheers to all at Bradgate P.S. If I could give them nothing I would ordered a heat resistor went to have it fitted to get told the part was burnt out and wouldn't last longer then few uses!!! Will be calling them 1st thing Monday wanting a full refund and very reporting this to trading standards as there website states 120 day warranty on used parts! Cow boys! Won't ever use again
