DON’T USE THEM!!! Where do I begin with the morons from outer Bolton, bought 2 headlights and they packet them separately, only one arrived , they said the courier lost the other one (I believe they only had one) they said we’ll send you the money back and IF the part arrives you can keep it 😂😂😂 they never had it, plus they said it’ll take 35 days to get my money back and said I had a stinking attitude, DON’T USE THEM!!!!

I purchased an engine of this company They were told the correct details The engine arrived at the garage and it turned out to be the wrong engine rusty and totally unsuitable I then contacted Bolton breakers which in its self was very tedious The staff answered the phone saying hello Not saying the company details The whole process of having to return my engine was very frustrating The company are not helpful totally unconcerned about after sales I would give them a very wide birth

Shipped me a broken engine part - they did give me a refund but never refunded the postage (which was like £16). Called multiple times about the postage refund but was fobbed off.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I needed a new drivers door for my 2008 Corsa. I contacted them on Monday, the door was delivered on Wednesday and fitted Friday. Friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout.

I was ripped off. They took £60 for a rear light for my Audi A8 and it doesn’t work as it should. It has more than half on the led bulbs not working. I did call them but not interested in listening to me in the slightest. Buyer beware

Called him up told he had the part on the shelf. Then called back to ask if the car was still on the yard as I needed a clip to which he replied yes its here. Drove 30mins to get to him for him to have no part and no car. Genuine joker.

VERY RUDE AND HEARTLESS PPLE. THE SELL WOMEN ON THE PHON WAS A BIG LAIR. I traveled 100s miles to collect a Vauxhall front door, the car was flooded totally rubbish.they didn't toled me beforehand, when l was there they was trying to get advantage of my long journey to sell me the rubbish door on a higher price.I had to refuse made 100s of dead milleage for nothing. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DUDDGY SELLER.

I spoke to Bolton Car Breakers about an aerial unit for my Zafira Tourer which they sent up to Scotland for me but unfortunately it was for a higher spec model(mines does not have sat-nav) anyway I called them up as soon as it arrived and the girl could not be more helpful.They never had the correct part I was looking for so she said just to send them it back and I would get a refund.Posted it back just over a week ago and that's my full refund in my bank today. Thanks guys,I have your card so I will keep you in mind for the future.

Arranged to collect two windows, arrived to be told they needed removing. 1 hour and 45 mins later got the windows told off I wanted to use my debit card I’d be charged £12! £12 extra when I had waited for 1 hour 45 mins later! Which from the Jan 2018 is illegal o have reported this also Total shambles of a company and wouldn’t reccomend

Not impressed, the gearbox was 6 days coming instead of next day as promised, I had to keep chasing - no one called me about any problems, it then arrived with a serious oil leak which was present before dispatch. UPDATE.......... After only 10 weeks the gearbox failed to select gears and jammed in reverse, I am very dissapointed with my experience and it has been very costly as I am having to face another cost to replace the gearbox.

Bought engine on card and they end up using my details and ordered over £1000 on online shopping when called first time they admitted the person who used the card works there second time abusive and swearing on the phone police were notified got my money via bank insurance not heard anything from management SCAMMERS BEWARE do not pay on card at all they will use your details and do fraud online

Steer clear of these guys!! My son (18yrs) got told a set of alloy wheels would fit his Polo as they came off another VW. The alloys they sold him are 4 stud multi-fit whereas his VW Polo is 5 stud. And although the alloys are now clean and bald tyres removed, the refuse to refund him his hard earned money from his part time job. He's in 6th form college and saved hard for them. Didn't even want to put 1 star!!!!!

Total rip off. Sold our company a seized engine and will not discuss or take any calls from us. They know what they've done but don't care. £900 pound for a engine and then pay a mechanic to fit to find its a peice of scrap.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND VERY RUDE WORKERS! I was quoted originally £150 for a bumper and a tailgate, when it was time to buy it, they charged me £180 and said "the quote was made by a new person", they also reassured me and said the parts are in very good condition and i shouldnt worry about anything. When the parts arrived i took a look at the bumper and it looks like its been in a car accident, so i didnt sign the delivery and it was returned back to them which they werent too happy about as it cost them for delivery, they must have thought i was stupid and would just sign it so they could get rid of this trash and earn quick money and i wouldnt have any legs to stand on afterwards. They promised to send me different parts which i waited simply for the pictures to be sent over whatsapp for over a week and they kept stalling whenever i call saying they were busy and what not (specifically speaking, his name is Adam), so i cancel and ask for a refund, as they kept stalling and beung rude so i didnt want to deal with them anymore, when i called back to ask about my refund he said that im not his dad and i cant tell him what to do???? (at this stage they were hanging up in my face and i was being patient as im fasting) eventually i got fed up so i thretened to call the police if i dont get the refund by the afternoon, so they said "you know what mate, call the police, and you're NOT getting your refund" *hangs up*. They stole their muslim brother's money IN ramadan, lied to me multiple times and were very rude. These people are one of the many reasons islam is misrepresented the way it is. I will see you on the day of judgement where our currency will not be £££.
