In todays world where everyone is short on time and against the clock, this company really deliver on customer service, speed, ease of process, helpfulness. Collection is equally as simple, its a simple drive thru, pull up, give name, and parts are put in your boot for you. They can get just about any part you need, brilliant company that I hope stays in business for decades to come.

Called them to confirm payment details.Part arrived as described, well packaged and worked straight away.What I really like is the friendly attitude when you call them, nothing is too much trouble.

Helpful at first over the phone but once it was established the part wasn't compatible for my car the guy just said 'thanks mate' and hung up on me while I was still speaking to him. In this digital age of reviews you can't be speaking to customers like this...

Initially I gave a 5 star review for excellent, speedy, friendly service. I bought an engine which arrived really quickly. Howevever, it proved to be absolutely useless ! It took a phonecall from the mechanic, after several from me for Steve to agree to send another engine. Fortunately, this was a good engine, but I have had to pay twice for fitting ! After suggesting to Steve that an arrangement should be agreed to partially reimburse the costs, he refused to discuss the matter further and terminated the call ! Excellent customer service.....NOT ! I would not recommend anyone to use A - Z for anything. I certainly will never use them again. In response to the reply received. The credit was offered to the mechanic ( who said that he will never use it ) and not myself. Also, at no point was I abusive. In fact it was completely the reverse ! I would not recommend this company, nor will I ever use them again.

Ordered an engine 10th May. On web sit maintains next day delivery. Phone garage 13th engine not arrived. Phone and person was rude said it would be delivered 14th. 18th still not arrived . Phone again phone me back say be delivered between 12-14.00hrs today. Phone garage 14.30 still not arrived . Phone again someone was to call me back. Put a review on Facebook. Over an hour later get a call from one of the directors offering not an apology more excuses. Stated was five star rated would give me £30 carriage charge to remove the Facebook review. Wonder how many other have agreed to a meagre sum to preserve 5 star rating. As a Nurse it has cost me a lot more to hire a vehicle to get to work. Would give any stars.

I honestly don't think I can praise a business any higher for the customer service I have received from Steven and his team at A-Z recently. I have unfortunately needed their services twice in the last few weeks. Needed some parts for my Combo Van, turns out, they were only fitted for a 6 month period, Randomly stumbled upon A- Z . Dealt with a guy called Steve, Parts arrived within 24 hours of payment, and were very well packaged, Steve gave the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I really had lost hope of ever finding an air conditioning pump for my 'getting on a bit' Peugeot 206 and faced the prospect of a hot summer sweltering in my car. I live in Norfolk and had either called up or trudged round the local breakers' yards, with no joy. But as hope was nearly lost, I noticed that the pump type I was searching for was advertised on eBay and sold by A-Z Vehicle Dismantlers for a very reasonable price. From there it was very straightforward. I called up directly and spoke to both Steve and Craig who could not have been more helpful in cross-referencing the pump to check it would fit and reassuring me that the part had been fully tested and inventoried in order to be made available in the first place. They could even tell me the exact vehicle that the pump had come from and the site of the collision on the car, which had caused it to be written off (no injuries thankfully). The icing on the cake came when I asked how much it would cost to send the part next-day-delivery and was told that this was free. Fast-forward and the part arrived at the garage, was fitted and works like a dream. I can highly recommend A-Z for excellent service and quality of parts.

Be very careful dealing with this company and read full terms and conditions before purchasing they will not draw your attention before taking payments.Sold me engine with headgasket problem and will not take responsibility claiming that its not covered under their warranty.Garage quoting me another £500 to do headgasket.Why would you not check headgasket before selling engine as it is major problem with engine

Terrible customer service. They have the LONGESTTTT phone recording on this earth, then when I finally got to speak to a consultant for clarification on the purchase I was retorted with back to in a condescending manner. I had turbo problems with my Ford Mondeo the advice from my garage was to scrap the car as the repair would be over £1000 as I have a young family I could not afford this but needed a car I was offered £100 by a local scrap man for the car I contacted A Z carparts who not only sourced the part but delivered it overnight my garage fitted the part the car runs like new all for under £300 I cannot thank them enough Brilliant service
