CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
Here at Ultimate Styling we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we know you may want to change your mind and cancel or return an item. If you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop your order being processed and dispatched. If you have received your item and it is not what you want you can return it at any time up to 30 days after the day of delivery. To do this, fill in the returns form at the bottom of your invoice and return it to us .
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning your item using your own method of carriage. You will be liable for the safe transportation of goods until they are received back at our premises. Upon receipt of the full goods back in a re-saleable condition and preferable in the original boxes and packaging a refund for the purchase price of the goods will be made via the original method of payment.
We ensure that all of our products leaving our premises are in a good working condition and have no visible signs of damage. Unfortunately damages can occur during transit. If your item has been damaged during transit then please inform us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to claim from the delivery service used and send you a replacement as soon as we can. In most cases we will require the damaged item back to do this. Damage caused during fitting or misuse will not be covered. Garage fitting and removal costs incurred are not covered by Ultimate Styling.
IMPORTANT – If the item is delivered damaged you must sign for it as damaged and notify us within 24 hours or we cannot make a claim for damaged goods and cannot replace them free of charge.
Please accept our apologies if your item has not arrived and maybe lost in transit. If your item has been lost we will resend your item again. This is only done after confirmation of the loss from the delivery service used. This is normally after 10 working days.
All new goods are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the time of delivery. This EXCLUDES changeable bulbs and LED’s. If for any reason your goods develop a fault within this time we will exchange or replace if it is still available. Garage fitting and removal costs incurred are not covered by Ultimate Styling.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
We do our best to describe all goods accurately stating which vehicles they fit and try to supply a correct picture where possible. Sometimes colours may vary due to lighting at the time the picture was taken. We often use library or stock images which are supplied by the supplier of the parts. Library pictures are also used if a suitable picture is not available at the time of listing. If you have received your goods and are not happy with them you can return them under the cancellation and returns policy from the first paragraph of this page.
If you have been sent a different item from the one you ordered then please inform us immediately so an exchange can be sent as soon as possible.
All refunds will be reimbursed to you within 30 days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same method originally used, ie if you paid using PayPal then the refund will be paid back into your PayPal account.
Please note that postage costs are not reimbursed for returning an item to us.
Any items returned with no paperwork, name and address will not be dealt with.
