Terms and Conditions
1.All parts purchased will comply with the "Supply of Goods Act 1994" and are of satisfactory quality unless specified at time of sale.

2 .All used parts carry a 120 day guarantee All new parts carry 12 month guarantee.

3. Only parts listed on our invoice are covered by the guarantee.

4. All parts supplied are marked,removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee.

5. No parts are to be altered,modified or dismantled in anyway without prior permission,failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee.

6. Mail order /Distance selling rules: You have the right to cancel an order with us up to 7 days after placing the order.In this case a full refund will be issused.
7.If you have received an order from us and want to cancel/return the item,we must be notified in writing (either letter or email) within 7 days of receipt of the item.
7a. If the goods have already been dispatched and you have “a change of heart” the return postage costs will be have to be paid by you.
7b. The item must be returned to us in its orginal packaging with all receipts (where items are large such as engines and gearboxes,doors we will arrange collection.Smaller items you will have to post back through Royal Mail second class mail enclosing the receipt for postage).
7c. All returned items will be processed and a refund issused within 7 working days of there return.
8. All items we sell are checked before been shipped. If any items are not satisfactory we will exchange them for you or you can return for a full refund.

9. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/chain,new filters and new oil upon installation.Failure to follow these instructions will result in the guarantee been rendered NULL& VOID.
10. All gearboxes must be filled with new oil,to the correct level upon installation. Auto gearboxes must be fitted with the torque converter supplied with the gearbox failure to do so will invalidate your guarantee.
11. All parts supplied are on a PARTS ONLY basis Bradgate Motors are unable to accept responsibilty for labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of parts purchased from ourselves.Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss.
12. All electrical items such as "Electric window regulators & ECU units" are NON REFUNDABLE. Please ensure you ask for the correct part number and are absolutley certain that the electrical item you are ordering will remedy your problem.Once an electrical item is ordered and we have confirmed the part numbers you are unable to return the item for a refund UNLESS our unit proves to be faulty.
13. Please ensure all goods are checked throughly BEFORE being signed for. If the courier will not let you do this the words "UNCHECKED or UNEXAMINED" must be added to the delivery note,(This will give you 24 hours to check the part and let us know of any damage),failure to do this will invalidate any claim for a refund for " Goods damaged in transit".
