Customer is to pay postage on any parts returned unless an agreement has been made prior to the original delivery.

Once items are shipped out, the shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

All items are checked prior to packing before leaving our depot.

Customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting and signing for delivery.

Any issues with part/s MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Ford Spares will not accept any responsibility for damaged once they have been signed for.

* Occasionally we discover that an item is damaged and we are unable to ship it. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money paid at any time *

All deliveries will only be sent to the registered Paypal/Credit Card or Business address *

Terms of Guarantee

A period of 28 days from the date of purchase in which the part must be fitted and tested - and if faulty, returned for exchange. If no exchange is available, a refund will be issued on the original purchase price less postage & packaging cost.

No allowance will be made for any labour or delivery costs incurred.

No refunds will be given on parts in good condition supplied by us.

All items are tested before removal from vehicle, therefore no exchange or refund can be given.


No Exchange or refund will be given if:
1. Proof of purchase not surrendered i.e. invoice. 2. Out of warranty. 3. Security marks are not visible/Removed. 4. Part has been tampered with. 5. Fitted incorrectly.

POSTAGE TERMS

HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS & BORDERS, IRELAND, OVERSEAS (IE ALL NON MAINLAND UK) - POSTAGE CHARGES WILL BE HIGHER AND WE WILL USUALLY HAVE TO GET A QUOTE FROM T.N.T

1. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE BUYER. ALL ITEMS BEING DELIVERED BY THE COURIER MUST BE CHECKED AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY. IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED, PLEASE SIGN PROOF OF DELIVERY AS DAMAGED OR REFUSE DELIVERY AND CONTACT US ASAP SO WE CAN PUT A CLAIM IN FOR DAMAGES AGAINST OUR COURIERS. IF THIS IS NOT ADHERED TO, THIS WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT GIVEN.

2. ALL DELIVERY DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HRS OF DELIVERY.

3. THE BUYER MUST ARRANGE FOR THEMSELVES OR SOME OTHER PERSON TO BE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE THE ITEM. THIS IS NEEDED AS THE COURIER FIRM WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY. PLEASE MAKE SURE WHO EVER ACCEPTS THE DELIVERY MUST CHECK THE GOODS FOR DAMAGES AND FOLLOW THE TERMS AS SET OUT ABOVE BEFORE SIGNING. THE COURIER FIRM WILL ATTEMPT 2 DELIVERIES. IF DELIVERY CANT BE MADE ON THESE OCCASIONS THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER, RESULTING IN ANOTHER DELIVERY CHARGE BEING APPLIED BEFORE BEING RESENT.

4. IF THE BUYER REQUIRES THE ITEM TO BE SENT BY SPECIAL OR RECORDED DELIVERY PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A QUOTE FOR THE EXTRA COST INVOLVED.
