1. Warranty covers part(s) only, it does NOT cover labour costs.

2. Each part will be checked for perfect condition before leaving our company. However, we also rely on perfect handling by our parcel service! Please check the parcel carefully when you get it & if the parcel has any small damage (scratches dents, rips etc) Please sign for with additional remarks "Parcel damaged".

If you do not do this then the transport insurance won't pay for any damages - meaning you could be stuck with a damaged part! This is also valid when someone else (parents, friends, neighbours etc) accept the parcel instead of you.

3. All parts must be checked for any damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE you sign for them. We can NOT refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order. you must report any damaged parts to Quarry Motors within 48 hours of arrival.

4. Where a faulty part has been received, we will exchange or refund - with the exception of electrical parts which will only be exchanged.

5. Any parts correctly supplied in good order can not be returned.

6. Customer is to pay postage on any parts returned.
