The Instrument Cluster is a set of electronic instrumentation used to monitor various conditions of a vehicle such as speed, fuel, temperature and oil.
Like all electronic components, instrument clusters can fail over time. In most cases, the instrument cluster will not need to be replaced. A blown bulb or fuse, faulty wiring or a gauge within the instrument cluster such as the speedometer which could be the issue. There are also a number of instrument cluster repar specialists who can diagnose and repair defects.
If your instrument has reached the end of it’s life cycle, it can be easily replaced at low cost with moderate mechanical knowledge.
