For Those Who Need A Little More
The B Class is very similar to the original A Class in many ways, offering Mercedes customers a different option if they needed more space than offered by the A Class. Just like the A Class, the B Class uses front wheel drive, making it only the second Mercedes ever to do so. The compact sports tourer has proved popular amongst the Mercedes faithful.
Although the B class came top of a German reliability poll, beating both Audi and BMW, other sources seem less impressed. One source states owners experiencing problems with the manual and CVT transmission, as well as interior fittings and the air conditioning. Our advice would be to ask for advice from real owners on owners clubs about your particular model.
