Award Winning Motoring
Since its introduction in 2001 the Honda Jazz has won a whole raft of awards. Several of these have been car of the year awards, with Top Gear awarding it best small car in 2006, when it also came second overall, with the S2000 taking the top spot. Many of the awards have been for economy and usability in an urban environment, which are undoubtedly the Jazz’s strengths.
A Global Success
The Jazz is marketed as the Honda Fit in some parts of the world, and globally has surpassed five million sales since its introduction. It was the first Honda model to be the best selling vehicle in Japan, outstripping the sales predictions made by Honda by threefold. The newest incarnation also added a hybrid to the model range. Its high safety standards and flexibility will surely make it a success for years to come.
