They must have a good management team. The staff all were friendly and actually helpful, great service, I bought a tyre on line to collect, it was fitted very quickly.. Whilst there I also bought a mid size branded 075 battery, (exchanging my old battery) It was tested in front of me that it was fully charged and the machine also estimated its condition. At £34 it was a bargain at under half price of a new battery..

I am not one for leaving reviews but credit where credit is due.... I scrapped my car with Silverlake who not only offered £100 or so more than others they were also really local. Really quick and easy to do. Hours later (about 1750 on a Friday!)I was missing some keys which I suspected had slipped under the seat. Paul the site manager couldn't have been more helpful - he checked there and then but the car was inaccessible and took my details and promised to call back Saturday morning which is exactly what he did, there was even an offer to post them. I advise you to avoid this company. I had a pedestrian airbag error in my Volvo. I brought them an airbag sensor to reset the data. After installation, the problem still remained. I read the errors and passed them on. They found that the cables or the airbag connector were damaged. They boast that they have 20 years of experience, but they have no knowledge about cars. It turned out that the money was taken for a data reset module that had no errors because there is a separate module for this airbag ⛔️⛔️⛔️

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered and paid for a part that this garage quoted me for. BLACK Audi A3 car bonnet. They send me a silver one. They have no explanation as to why. The invoice even states black! Then, they won’t issue a refund until the part is collected by a courier, and back at their establishment. The courier left the item abandoned on my driveway for any passers by to help themselves to. So now, in order to get the refund, I have to harbour a car bonnet somewhere in my house, until they advise it will be collected. And wait for it to be returned to them safely! Not to mention the fact they don’t even have the part I requested in the first place. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this garage like the plague!

I bought and payed for an ariel after going down to them to get it myself only to find that they didn't have my part on the, pick it yourself, after being told they did. They only had in in the full service. Even better I thought, I don't have to do it myself. it didn't turn up the next day when it was suppose to after paying £10 delivery. Tried to get through to them for one and a half hours being 3rd in the queue for all that Time. ( how can that be possible)Needles to say it went passed 6 o clock when they closed...No call from them during the day to let me know if there was a problem, I heard nothing at all. Take your money (as they should) quick enough but not quick enough to let you know if a problem has arisen during the day.
