Bumper needs more work to it than just a respray !!!

Bit disappointed that I have to pay more for respray because of extra work needed before they can spray bumper !!! Extra £90 would have got me new one from Vauxhall !!!

Disappointing experience Received conformation for part required with quote accepted and made payment after also sending a photo as requested then get a message informing they don't have the part after all potential loss of getting part elsewhere

Dealer Response: Hi David, the matter in relation to refund is with paypal, firstly the funds were claimed via you, then payment was reversed, now funds have been claimed again and paypal have not granted you the refund, matter in relation to monies lies with them.

I asked for an alloy wheel with a specific legal tyre to pass an MOT. The wrong size tyre with a puncture was supplied. Very poor.

The floor mats sent were generic, and in only moderate condition

I would of appreciated it if these mats were vauxhall originals second hand but they looked as though there were made to fit any vehicle.

First they charged more than the authorised amount to our card, sent us cracked and damaged goods. When I returned the parts, they claim a part I didn't receive is missing. So in short they conned us out of out money. No one there will own up.

The part I reviewed was faulty, I was told to send it back and email a picture of my profit of postage and they would send a replacement straight out, after a week broken promises, they said I had sent a different part back (utter rubbish!) avoid them!
