Despite having so much work on they fitted me in and more than fixing the car they checked for other faults. Cannot praise them enough.

My Dad and I have two Saab 9-5’s and for the past couple of years working with those guys maintaining our cars and keeping them on the roads I can say that Bagnall Saab have never disappointed us, and is our go to Saab Specialist in the UK by far! If it’s a complex repair they will always go out of their way to find ways to solve it and never leave you without any misinformation or no progress! Just had a service completed.I asked for a full service but Ray kindly explained afterwards that wasn't required and that he had completed an interim service due to my low mileage and charged me accordingly so.Really honest decent garage.100 percent trust worthily.Really knowledgeable and clearly know SAAB cars.over the moon with my service all round.I shall definitely return next year Thanks guys.

Had a small repair carried out on my Saab 9-3 TTiD on 27th April (EGR valve replacement).This is the second time I have used them and I couldn’t compliment their service highly enough. Fraser is very accommodating, extremely informative and generally a very nice guy. Although their garage is over an hours drive from my house, it’s a small burden to bear for the level and quality of service you get. Keep up the good work and many thanks. Good, honest experts full of useful knowledge. Yet again Fraser persevered with a problem and eventually cracked the Oil Pressure light problem on my 2.8 V6, These days - it's far to easy for garage businesses to take service work, and the easy jobs - but a far greater challenge to do some real problem solving, it's time consuming and takes real skills - Bagnall Saab have never shirked a problem, and always offered the correct solution. Expertise are hard to come by, and in particular at reasonable rates..... which they always are - I simply can not recommend Bagnall enough. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have recently had my Saab serviced by Frazer and Ray and can only say they are the most professional,knowledgeable and courteous people in the business. I had to drive over one hundred miles to get to them and it was worth the journey. I had a full service and had a list of minor issues which they addressed to perfection.
