Car was at a specialist in Leeds forever bill was racking up went to RTB for some parts spoke to them they said it sounded like pump NOT timing slip like last garage said ( wanted to charge me for a new engine) . Pulled it out sent it to RTB they did the job (it was pump failure like they said) Got car back runs perfect, they kept me upto date with everything, I really can’t recommend them enough. A massive thank you to RTB BMW spares and specialist, these guys are fantastic, they are honest, reliable, highly professional and skilled and go that extra mile for their customers. I was battling to find a garage which would diagnose and repair my car. The issue turned out to be a transmission failure on a DCT M3 E92, which many garages wouldn’t even touch. When I first spoke to lee at RTB he gave first class service from the get go. The car was immobilised so lee organised a pick up to toe the car to his premises. Throughout the entire process lee gave regular updates, reassurance and confidence that the car was in safe hands. Something any motor enthusiast would appreciate highly. This car is my pride and joy and I couldn’t have asked for it to be worked on better than RTB. The car runs just like new. Incredibly frustrating. Slow delivery and wrong part sent, when asked to rectify they told me this is not their part - this is excactly what I've received after ordering from them. They won't consider the possibility that they could have made a mistake and point blank refuse to help - avoid. £11 part and awful delays and hassle with them.

I’m fortunate to be the proud owner of a almost classic 24 year old BMW 325i. So when the aged alternator died I had to source a replacement both cheaply and quickly. A browse on Google routed me through to ‘Breaker Link’ parts finder. Filling in the simple registering it involved supplying my name, email and phone details, plus the model and registration number of my vehicle. That information put me on their nationwide system and forwarded my request to dozens of car breaker’s throughout the Uk. Within hours my inbox was besieged with around 6 potential suppliers. These companies stated their names, numbers but above all the availability of the alternator, its price which included delivery costs. Spoke to Lee at RTB Spares in Sheffield he was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he took my card details and amended the delivery address. A transaction invoice was immediately emailed within seconds, followed by a DHL tracker invoice stating they were entrusted to collect and deliver my package to the garage who were to carry out the repairs. The package arrived on time and was fit for purpose ❤️ The whole experience was smooth From Google to Breaker Link, through to DHL and finally to Marks Cars & Repairs in Howard Rd Redditch. Ordered a used indicator stalk for r50 mini from quote on 3rd party site after checking delivery with RTB. Added a couple of mini horns after conversation with Lee via text and mobile. Both parts required for Saturday MOT and ordered v.late Thursday. Arrived as promised Friday lunchtime. Well-pacekd at excellent price. Installed in Rain on Saturday morning. I needed a BMW 2979cc N52 engine and was offered three options at a range of prices, RTB was a few hundred pounds higher than the cheapest option but what impressed me was Lee's attention to detail and BMW knowledge , he answered all my questions promptly ,even ringing me back at 7.30am with one, seconds after i posted it by email! No doubt this is the best engine that was available at the time, it runs like a dream. Worst service ever, you give them all the details needed and even the chassis number so they verify its the right part but still sending the wrong part, we agreed to send the goods to have refund back but all i wanted from the seller is to arrange by himself the return as it was going to be super cheap from his side compared to mine ( mine almost half of the good costs) so it wasnt worth it for me to throw half of my money because of his negligence. I tried to call him , he said that he's going to arrange, but infact all he was doing is trying to make fun of me as he left this onging till now ( purchased around 1 month and a half ago ). ⛔️Absolutely appalling customer service! ⛔️ I ordered we an Alpine White car part and when it arrived it was brown... The part that I ordered was in such terrible condition that I had to refuse the delivery. I was told that it “needs a polish”, which the advisor whom I spoke with suggested I should pay for myself. I of course was not happy to have to pay for additional fee to clean a product that I had already purchased, especially when the description stated (falsely) that it was in “good condition”. I just asked for a refund instead of going through the hassle, and however the representative agreed to polish it and send it back to me. 2 weeks later and still hadn’t heard anything back! I had to chase multiple times for an update just told that “it’s only been 2 weeks love” or that “we decided to close on Friday for bank holiday”🙃 Again, I asked for a refund as I did not want to deal with the stress anymore. No surprise that the representative whom I spoke to over the phone was again very rude and hostile. 1 minute later I received a call from the owner who said “he’d overheard the call and noticed the agent was very short”, so I proceeded to explain the situation, but he kept cutting me off and making matters worse he had the audacity to say “well we can’t please everyone”. I would not recommend that you waste your money buying parts from this company. Incredibly rude and not worth it!

Purchased BMW 1 series bumper via Spares 247 and spoke with Lee who seemed very helpful at this point. Received a bumper which clearly been in an accident and not useable. Initially Lee offered me £25 discount which I declined. After several calls to the premium rate number (which has cost me over £12) I eventually received my refund. Lee suggested I dispose of bumper myself however I asked for it to be collected as I do not want the disposal cost. Over a month later Lee continues to lie to me saying it will be collected the next day every time I call. He now blames DHL. Would definitely not recommend RTB spares!

Got myself a Mass air flow sensor for my bmw at a good price and I'm glad I was able to find the right part for my car because u have to be carefull but with RTB all I done was give my car registration and they gave me a quote online and I got through the post... I hope places like this stay open because ppl like myself save alot of money and atleast get genuine used parts...

I find the guys at RTB Spares to go above & beyond than any other dismantling company can ever do. The guys (Ryan in particular) are always on hand to offer advice whenever needed & are always there to answer any queries. I currently own a BMW & MINI & RTB spares is the only place I’d go for parts for these. Prices are great value & the chaps are really knowledgable on the products that they sell which is nice as you know you’ll be getting the exact part. If you’re looking for any BMW/MINI part then I would 100% recommend RTB Spares. They have my custom until one of us pops anyway.
