Can’t explain how much of a lifesaver nirros is , had faulty injectors on my mk7 R and decided to grab a set of high pressure fuel injectors , I ordered a set from eBay which arrived in a bad state and in the end I decided to call nirros and they had the injectors I needed , saved it under my reg and when I got there they were in the best condition possible for a 2nd hand set. In the end I needed a high pressure fuel pump which once again Nirro’s pulled through at a reasonable price! Nirros is the way forward! Parts also come with a 1 month warranty so if you have any issues they’ll replace your part on the spot if they have it in stock

Last year, I bought an alternator for my VW Passat, had it installed by my mechanic, but it turned out to be faulty. When I tried to return it, they claimed they only exchanged it. I replaced it with a second alternator, which also faulty again. As a last resort, I bought a new one and paid for all the installation costs. When I went back to return the faulty part, they insisted on the same exchange policy and issued a credit receipt valid for one year. This year, when I tried to use the credit receipt for three suspension parts priced at £90, they charged me £110. The purchased parts didn't fit my car, and upon realizing that the receipt stated a 7-day return policy instead of the 14 days mentioned in their terms and conditions, they refused the return or exchange due to the elapsed time. I couldn't get any satisfaction from the money I spent on this company, adding travel expenses and additional mechanic costs. I strongly advise against dealing with them and recommend staying away.
