Wrong part was sent. I called Tues. AM, 26.1.16 and was told they would send the right part on 1-2 day delivery. I called Friday 29.01.16 and was told it was out on the van for delivery. It didn't arrive. I called again and they reverted to we'll send it

Payment was made and accepted on Jan.8th. On Jan 19th dealer said they'd "look into it"; now on Jan 22nd you are looking for feedback ? When I have the parts or a refund, then I'll leave Feedback! French Car Parts might still make me happy. Who knows?

Over charging on original quote and taking unagreed amount from my bank without my authorisation

After quoting a price of £30 for a water pump inc delivery i received my item to find that i had been charged £42 without my authorisation Phoning company is waste of time. Had to regain funds througH bank. Will never use this company again. UNTRUSTWORTHY
