I hate doing this, but I had to put this review out, for other customers to be aware, I ordered an engine from this company via Breakerlink, over £1800. came with 3 months warranty, the engine was damaged and must have been driven without oil, as oil pump was faulty, and this damaged the bearings, anyway I was honest with them and told them that O only fitted the engine after 6 weeks of receiving it and sent them evidence of me being away, they said that I should have reported the fault within 7 days, but if it comes with 3 months warranty, it does not matter if it was within 7 days or last day in warranty, so they refused to take it back, I then had to dispute the transaction with Paypal and my credit card provider, I got my money back from the credit card company, so bottom line is if you want to use them, be careful and always use your credit card just in case you have to dispute the transactions, as these people seem like they do not like to pay customers back. Their customer service is rubbish and their attitude is worst.

Do not buy from this place our company needed a new gear box for our van. They sent us the wrong one refused a refund and now we are stuck with a gearbox that doesn't work and had to source the correct part somewhere else cost our business a lot of money. Stay away this company is unethical! Have given them chance after chance to rectify they keep fobing us off telling us someone will call and still waiting. Will be reporting them to trading standards!

Ordered 3 parts from here, two came in okay condition with slight wear and tear signs and a little damage (can understand for a car that is 6+ years old) but 3rd part came and was completely unusable. Had definitely suffered fire damage at some point through its life and wasn’t in working condition, not repairable to a working standard. Credit to Frank for at least being prompt in offering a full refund for the part.

Needed a rear light cluster for my sons focus, put the reg into other companies websites all claiming to have right part. Two wrong parts later I eventually got hold of Sunny from FSP, explained my problem, he went down to where parts are kept, photographed the light and sent it to me to make sure it was correct unit. Arrived the next day. This is what customer service is all about, and maybe every company needs a Sunny on their payroll!!!! Will definitely do business with them ( Sunny) again.

I needed to source a gearbox for a Ford S-Max, & found this company through Breakerlink. I ordered the part on a Friday & true to their word it was delivered to the garage 2 working days later - happy days. When the garage went to replace the gearbox, they found it to be the wrong one. Unfortunately, we'd be sent a 56 model year one, but my car was a 57 model year - not so happy days, but still calm. My car needed the gearbox as it was now in bits Through many fraught hours on the telephone between myself, the garage & Frank at Ford Spare Parts, a replacement gearbox was sorted. Now, you may find my 5* rating a bit strange, but here's the clincher. It wasn't anyone's fault as the vagaries of crossovers between model years can do this. Frank, bless his soul & bearing in mind it was now 3.45pm on a Thursday afternoon, arranged for one of his own drivers to bring the replacement gearbox from Shefford to the garage in Coventry, which was due to close at 5.00pm. However, plans were made just in case. The driver, who I can't thank enough, made his way to Coventry, but didn't arrive until 5.45pm due to traffic. Nonetheless, he picked up the unrequired gearbox from a drop-box at the garage, & brought the replacement to my home where it sat overnight. What an absolute star - very happy days. Also, to Frank another star - he didn't have to do this, he could've sent the replacement via courier, but he knew I needed my car back the following day & went the extra mile. To Frank & all the Staff at Ford Spare Parts Ltd, thank you for your excellent customer service, & for going beyond the extra mile (especially the driver). Thoroughly recommended :-)

Poor service. I drive over 2 hours to veiw a bumper to find it at the bottom of a pile of bumpers. So the bumper I was looking at was covered in scratches caused by the other bumpers. The bloke told me it would be fine and bolt straight on and the marks will come out. I use to work in a body shop and the bumper needed painting so I walked away. Upset over driving over 2 hours to see that rubbish. I would avoid this company at all cost.
