Recently purchased a seat via 1st Choice which was never delivered. Promised several times that they were trying to resolve the issue with their courier, but I had no further updates and my subsequent attempts at contact were ignored. Started a refund through PayPal which they accepted - and then cancelled. SO i am currently without the seat, or the £174 I paid for it.

Wow! What amazing customer service. John and Kyle are genuine! Ordered and paid for a clutch kit recently. It turned out to be incorrect for the car- an easy error given the massive number of part number changes etc. One phone call to them and one email and happy to take it back and super friendly and polite- no hassle. WISH I HAD READ "M Johnson" review. SENT POOR QUALITY PARTS AND SHOCKS THAT HAD NO BUSHES! GARAGE AND COMMON SENSE SAID THESE WERE WRONG AND JOHN KEPT INSISTING HE WAS RIGHT AND EVERYONE ELSE IS WRONG. WOULDN'T TAKE BACK. EVENTUALLY SENT BACK BUT HAS NOT REFUNDED ANY MONEY. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND A REPUTABLE PERSON OUT THERE.

Thankyou bought an aircon condenser a week ago and now fitted and got working aircon for first time , only took half hour to remove old one and fit new one. Keep up the good work guys

Could not have been happier with the service, emails were exchanged in a timely manner, customer service was excellent, all my questions answered efficiently, I asked for the photos of the car part and photos were sent. I was given a timescale regarding delivery and I wasn't disappointed as the package arrived as agreed. I feel they really took the time out to help me. The car part was as described and seen through photos. I would use again.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !! WILL SEND YOU OUT ANY OLD PARTS AND THEN NOT WILLING TO REFUND ANY MONEY AFTER WEEKS OF CHASING AND SENDING THE WRONG PARTS BACK REFUSED TO REFUND ANY POSTAGE WHEN THEY SENT THE WRONG PARTS . POOR SERVICE - RUDE STAFF - I WOULD SERIOUSLY NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU ALSO STAY AWAY AND FIND OTHER GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE, ALSO DO NOT USE PARTS GATEWAY AS THEY ARE UNHELPFUL AS THE PARTS WERE ORDERED THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM I HOPE MY FEEDBACK HELPS OTHER AVOID GETTING SCAMMED.
