Had flat battery on my 2010 bmw , after replacing battery with new one , had the common issue of footwell control module issue , no lights, windows stopped working , no hazards ect, found these guys , so gave them a call , had me in within the hour and 45 mins later , reprogrammed control unit , taken out and fitted back in and perfect . Im now not the normal bmw driver , i can actually use my indicator ๐. First class service and would highly recommend at a great price aswell . Thankyou all so much ๐

Ordered trailing arms. Took a week to arrive, brackets bent on both as if they have been knocked around, disc retaining screw snapped in hub and both arms filthy. Reasonably priced but I would expect better. Chased a number of times for delivery updates, no reply to emails or messages online. Was told to expect a call once courier contacted but still received no updates. They were friendly on the phone and gave impression they were 'on it' but I think the reality was very different. When I need a part ASAP in future I will be going elsewhere.

I ordered two rear lights from BMS Direct in November 2021. BMS phoned me the next day to tell me these lights were out of stock, despite showing as available on their website, and stated they would issue me a refund. No refund was ever given and I received no replies to any messages either. Thankfully PayPal have just issued me a refund, nearly two months later. There are plenty of other good reviews for BMS and lots of previously satisfied customers, but unfortunately the service I have received has been dreadful so sadly I won't be ordering from BMS Direct again.

Ordered some number plates which took 3 weeks to arrive after ringing 3 times. On the back plate the numbers/letters were stuck on at an angle, I called for a replacement nearly two weeks ago and stilll hasn't arrived, so I called for a refund a few days ago and they told me they'd ring me back but never did. The website said they were premium number plates not to be confused with cheaper alternatives, but they were the cheap 3mm thick alternatives not even stuck on straight... For ยฃ24 could of got a proper pair... I've ordered a new pair from a different website and this set is going in the bin but doesn't look like I'm getting refunded for them and can't be bothered with getting fobbed off again. Don't get number plates from here!

Placed an order for an air box almost 3 weeks ago after the first week I called chasing where delivery was and was told they missed my order but would send out and I would receive within 2 days, waited another week called again and was advised they would call me back with an answer where it was shortly waited almost another week with n one contacting me as promised so just called and asked for my money back no explanation or apology was offered as to why I still hadnโt received my order. Would not use again. Mail order on a part, bought on a Tuesday and still not received Friday evening - on a "next day" service. Apparently their couriers fault - but not much good when you don't have the parts that you need. If you want anything, make sure you visit in person or buy from somewhere else.

The staff are very rude have no manners very disrespectful all because I wanted to know what's happened with my item why it's taking longer than expected to arrive. I spent the whole week contacting this company every single day in regards to my item and all I kept getting told is somebody will call me back before the end of the day which no one ever did. The staff got agitated with me because I called every day to check the updates. And she said she will put the phone down on me and she did several times. After delaying and wasting my time. Just to find out the company didn't have the item they took payment on my credit card for . When I placed my order I never received any confirmation email, text what so ever the company claim they don't send confirmation for orders made over the phone which I believe the info was wrong. It's been weeks now and still no item and no refund and no helpful communication from anyone. This issue has been reported and official agents that will deal with this matter accordingly. Hopefully I get my refund at some point. If you've ever experienced this with this company please report it. Because I believe this company need qualified staff that have the experience on how to deal and be polite to customers.

Placed my Mini Cooper in the capable hands of people who know what they are doing with them,as I although very capable donโt have the time. I found the whole experience a winner good customer interface and helpful communication over the phone - Just for information I had the front removed from my car and the air conditioning pump replaced as the one that was in it had got sluggish on replacing it they did inform me that the original pump was still serviceable I still had a new one put on, at the same time they fitted new daytime running lights as this is a front end off job they killed 2 birds with 1 stone a good suggestion made by the owner all in all they completed the work and got my car back to me even though at the time they had issues of their own ( a burglary at home with the theft of their sons car ) I the customer came first. All the people I have dealt with have had a great level of curtousy and a polite manner too the point that I have put my car back into their capable hands for the timing chain / adjuster to be looked at as she started tapping I cannot fault the polite and professional attitude I have been given. Wonderful customer service. My Mini's wiper was vandalised 2 days before a Scottish road trip, no parts in town. BMS Direct expressed me a replacement wiper overnight, rescuing my holiday! Staff could not have been more helpful.

BMS got me right out of a pickle when I discovered my rocker cover was cracked a couple of days before a trackday. Quick call to BMS and they had a part in stock and got it to me the next day. Was very happy to be able to get out on track need less to say.
