Bought a car off these people . Was so lovely to me . Bought the car being 8 months pregnant. Didn't let me have it straight away they wanted to check it again! Which was strange to me. " we will get the son to drop it off to you tonight " ok that's fine I said. Had the car 3 months by this point . Took it to my mechanic for a service and he did a whole check of the vehicle and I was shocked at how dangerous it was . They sold me a dangerous car knowing I was pregnant . Absolutely disgusting and appalled at this. THE CAR IS OK NOW I GOT THE WORK CARRIED OUT . BE CAREFUL AND VERY VIGILANT.

Shocking service. Let alone purchasing a car, I struggled with buying a part. Firstly the parts are expensive and secondly if by chance it’s stripped down to the metal and lastly if it’s not right there is no refund. Cash on collection with no receipt. Headache and uncivilzed people if they are not in benefit!!! AVOID!

I bought a 3008 from Mr Ali. The transaction was smooth and my old car was taken as part exchange as advertised on the website. I thought Mr Ali and his staff were honest, open and provided the information I needed, even pictures of the vehicle before repairs. I received the V5 from the DVLA 4 weeks after the purchase. I'm happy with the purchase but a bit disappointed I wasn't asked if I wanted to tax the car for 6 months or a year. They went to the Post Office to tax the car for me (I paid for it) but only for 6 months, which proportionally is more expensive than a 1 year tax.

I can easily put more than 5 stars,,,,🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had a very good experience with Ali's Motors as they take into consideration my requests and prepare the car as discussed. Servicing made prior to de delivery date on my behalf with Peugeot. I even came the day after for a wheel slightly worn and it had been changed straight away. On top of that, what I admire and really appreciate is the warm human approach. No rush, very good understanding and not just selling a car but doing everything right for the customer. 1 more detail, I have been picked a lift very early in the morning from the rail station despite the very short night he has, he was there,,🌟👍👏

I spoke to Farida on the phone who is a very bubbly genuine person. At short notice asked for a test drive on christmas eve.... Great car at a good price, very happy so far... The barclays bank transfer was a nightmare and it left the payment £60 short ... Farida was happy enough for me to bank transfer the remainder the following day... They also arranged for the car to be taxed and let me use their insurance over the xmas holiday... Since then i messaged to say i had found two faults with the car and was told to bring the car in and they would sort it out hastle free.... Although i did not need to take the car in as there wasnt any faults ,it was me misunderstanding a couple of the technics of the car !!!!!! Ooops So very friendly, helpful with what looks like a great portfolio of cars. On the negative side the car wasnt showroom polished ,however i gave them little notice so understandable.. the parking near the garage is tight.. and test driving in the area is awkward, especialy in a new car.... That aside i have told several friends to look at Ali's when looking for their next car and it will definetly be my first port of call when i want to change my new car.... So very impressed Andy Mac

Had some minor technical issues with the car, which is being dealt with. Can recommend this dealer for peace of mind, and for purchasing your next vehicle. I purchased my Peugeot 3008 from Ali last month i wanted to wait at least a month to review to fully test out my car and what can I say.. I love it immaculate condition, runs like new. Our experience was brilliant, the customer service we received was above and beyond thank you so much for staying open so late to accommodate us coming over after work also being patient with us whilst we sorted transfers. I would highly reccomend Alis motors and will purchase from again.

Five star service from Ali motors, bought a peugeot 2008 a couple of weeks ago ,had a few minor problems that i pointed out. they kept the car and fixed everthing the same day ,they even delivered the car to me out of working hours , sorted car tax and log book for me. Custermer service Faultless i would highly recommend this place for a used car.

Car was as described and as per pictures, in great condition and ready for me to drive away with Tax as well which Farida arranged prior to me coming to collect (I paid her for the tax this was not inc in price). Highly recommend and you must view their website to see all they have to offer! Any questions they are more than happy to answer. If I need another car in the future I would go back to Ali Motors

Purchased my second car from Ali Motors ltd Anthony road Birmingham. My first car a Peugeot 308SW I had for 5 years 6 months,a brilliant low mileage car. Yesterday I purchased a Peugeot 2008 GT line , very low mileage at a great price. Frida and Ali are lovely people to deal with. The prices are unbelievable and the service is second to none. 3 months ago I've bought peugeot 3008. All issues what I had was just missing security wheel nut key and defective cammera for lane assistance. But I called to Ali motors. They aranged date and time to look and fix my problem. As soon as I arived they replaced defective cammera in 10 minutes and problem disappeared. People are friendly and helpfull. I think this is good place to buy a car.

Recently bought a Peugeot 3008 with Ali’s Motors. I live in London and they are in Birmingham, I couldn’t go and test drive the car. Farida (the sales manager) was so kind to have a video call with me as she drove the car (hands free of course). She was very detailed in explaining how everything was, every detail was written on email to give me a piece of mind. Honestly one of the best and friendliest service I’ve received. Also, their after sale service should be highlighted, Farida followed up with me on the day the day was delivered to my address and also checked a couple of days later to make sure everything is still okay. Highly recommend

Since I have bought my peugeot 3008, Mr Ali has gone beyond the standard of service to assist with everything little issues I have had with the car due to limited knowledge of the car. I do call him for every little thing. He has drove a long way to my house once to reset my dashboard, as the silly me has thought something was wrong with the car. Just bought a fantastic 5008 GT Premium from Ali, in the first week noticed a little rattle from the front end for which Ali promptly booked the car into the Peugeot dealership. He sorted the issue out as soon as the parts were available and checked in with me after a couple of days to see how it was going. Car is a pleasure to drive but even better than the car is the excellent customer service from Ali Motors. Old school customer first service that many could learn from. Shame Google only allows five stars as I honestly can't give high enough!!

I couldn't access my bank to transfer the money and they really helped by offering me an alternative. I was scared to drive the car home, was delivered the car free of charge. I purchased a Peugot 308 sw. I tried a couple of places for this vehicle and personally found other dealers very dismissive. Ali and Farida assured me that they take care of their customers and this is what they done. - Completed vehicle registration for free (other dealer charge an admin fee) - When I returned with the vehicle having driven it, they took care of the minor niggles without charge - They delivered the car to my house - They also provided me with the first service as part of the package These guys just do not sell a car but are interested in creating long term customer relations by being responsive, informative and delivering what they promise.
