Fantastic business run by a great team of enthusiasts and very professional technicians. My first visit - drove 120 miles to have a new set of alloys fitted to my Macan S. Smiling welcome was followed by a nice cup of coffee. Premises are superbly clean and tidy - the best I've seen for a similar business. Steve explained the wheel/tyre set for authentication, date stamps and Porsche N-rated tyres etc and Nick did a very professional job fitting them, ensuring jacking points correctly located and torquing up the wheel nuts by hand to the correct settings. It's truly reassuring, from a quality perspective, to be able to watch your car being worked on and to clarify points there and then with the technician. Ben, the manager. was also around all the time and great to discuss his motor sport activities with him. Prior to my visit I was impressed by the immediate response to telephone calls and emails. They get my 100% recommendation for service, technical excellence and value for money. What else is there?
