Answered all my questions quickly and delivery as promised. Can't rate the Royal Mail as highly. They left the package next door without leaving a card to tell me... Luckily that wasn't the first time; so I guessed where to find it and saved my neighbour coming to find me. The movement of the visor was a bit stiff but that's a big improvement on the old one which dropped down in front of the driver! Thanks to all concerned

I was not bothered about how quickly the item was delivered, but your quote stared that it would be next day delivery, unless the order was received too late in the day. My order was processed by 1301 (despatch email sent at that time). However it was sent by 2nd class packet service with the Royal Mail. There is no way it could be delivered the next day if sent by 2nd class post - so why state that it it could?
