Perhaps this high rating is a little unorthodox (considering Intapart did not supply the component needed), but it very much seems appropriate to mention the excellent customer service provided by Tammy. I could not find a used direct replacement starter motor for my VW but, as it was only the solenoid that had failed, I intended to procure the closest match from Intapart and salvage the parts needed. Tammy was reluctant to sell me something she was sure (from her experience) would invite trouble and, via the databases she had available, identified the VIN, component manufacturer's part number, and an available device (as new) was found on ebay. This was subsequently procured, fitted, and all is well. How could this not attract an excellent customer service rating? Many thanks Tammy.

Absolutely awful service. I made an offer on a part and arranged to collect. They agreed. I rang on the morning to confirm collection, computer answered and said use the web – no possibility to talk to somebody. I travelled 3 hrs, when I arrived, I was told I had already paid for the item (I hadn’t). Then I was told they had sold it somebody else. No apology, no trying to rectify their mistake, boss was out, I was told I should have phoned them first. I ordered a wing mirror through a third party broker site and found the information and photos provided online incredibly helpful. There was an issue with delivery as a different address on the same street had been put on my parcel, so I didn’t get the part next day as I had to track it down, but once I’d found it I was really impressed with the quality which was even better than expected from the photos. I also received quick and helpful email responses about the delivery issue. Getting a spare in less than two days from ordering is pretty impressive, and I’d definitely use them again. My only issue is that I couldn’t seem to get their website to work as it wouldn’t recognise my registration number or the manual vehicle lookup, but wasn’t a major issue for me having sourced the part through a broker site.
