Guys, beware of buying from this rip off company. I bought a bad car engine from them and they asked me to do a video recording which i did to prove the engine is bad, afterwards, they promised to get back to me after the car engine was sent back to their company but refused to until several days later only to send me a video lying the engine was good. I requested for a refund and only for these thieves to deduct the delivery and collection fee. They purposely sell a bad stuff only to rip people off with delivery and collection fee. This is to let people aware and not to fall a victim like me.

Sourced a cylinder head from this company over a week ago. Couldn’t get a delivery date or confirmation. No correspondence from Jon or the office, however Jon was quick enough to take the payment and has since ignored all correspondence and texts and my item still not delivered. I tried to cancel with them but again ignored me completely. Reported them as a Scammer to the bank and will now be reporting them to HMRC. DO NOT purchase from.

I have given 1st choice the opportunity to respond but unfortunately they haven't,my delivery details where supplied at the start of the transaction, delivery was included, they then asked me for extra delivery charge despite my location already having been supplied,I have tried calling but I'm getting a message operator unavailable. Really bad customer care service. Bought an item I no longer needed but was told I couldn't return it. I was told by the manger that he would call me back but he didn't. I made an online request through Breaker Link and 1st Choice responded. So I phoned them on Friday, spoke to an engaging guy who confirmed they had the parts I required and told me the prices. I said I"d drive over on Tuesday to purchase.This I did, a 290 mile return trip. Went to the office to be told they had no record of me, phone call or the parts in stock. Result, no parts, wasted 6-1/2hours and £40 out out of pocket for fuel, so It'm a little disappointed.

I received an offer from them and called 4 guys one by one. One answered and I asked him to send me some pictures of the car part they were selling. I kept calling them for another two days only to learn that the part does not fit to my car. I asked for the picture anyway but they failed to send it again. It looks that there are just 4 lazy men who just ignore the customers. Would not recommend this scrap yard.

I purchased 2 window regulators through breakerlink which 1st choice car spares confirmed were the right ones for the car. Just over two weeks and the parts haven’t arrived. Postage was supposed to be 2-3 working days. Myself and my husband both tried to contact them through the two phone numbers provided, no answer from either number and no reply to the text message. I messaged them twice through breakerlink (where they had previously responded to a question) and again, no response. I wouldn’t buy from them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

3 weeks and still chasing Mr Niall for giving me an update. Ordered a Peugeot 308 Engine and all the things from previous engine are not being fitted onto the engine they have sent. I have made repeated requests to just update me about the car from which the engine was taken out so that I can proceed and order the right parts like the correct thermostat and the correct starter motor that will fit onto this engine that they have supplied; but they are not even cooperating to give me this piece of information. It is not a big ask and they are supposed to resolved this small issue even though i am not asking for a refund or exchange or anything. Miserable experience so far.

Awful company to do business with. I purchased a car bonnet from them. Paid in advance via Paypal and they never sent the good's, phoned them constantly but they ignored my calls. Tried emailing and never got a response. Eventually two months later, Paypal sorted it out and returned my £165- . This company CAN'T BE TRUSTED. If you do decide to use them I strongly recommend you pay apon delivery. Do not trust them. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

No stars! I have been Scammed, polite at first, once paid couldn't care less. They have sold me defective parts leaving me out of pocket and without my vehicle, and are saying its my fault. I was hurried to load my vehicle to allow yard traffic, (all packed carefully between cardboard and blankets) I noticed a small damage at the time to one headlight and was given a token refund of £20 On returning home after inspection of the parts as I took them from inside my vehicle. Headlights are both trash, one badly scratched lens, missing 3 mounts with big holes, the other badly repaired aftermarket part. The grille is broken where it should mountbto the slam panel, bumper skin broken at many mounting points and has stress damage and distorted kidney grilles, radiator cradle cracked. Overall many missing and damaged tabs and braketery. Items are not fit for purpose. The bonnet was the only good part supplied, £530 for a 2012 touran bonnet! The car they came from had clearly been in a crash, whoever removed the parts will have known the condition, as you could not easily miss tem during disassembly! They have lied over the phone about opening hours to avoid seeing me. I need replacement parts, or my money back so I can afford to put my vehicle back together, I worked extra hours and took money from savings to pay for the parts I trusted were as described. Would not recommend using thus company. (Last Choice Car Spares)
